Sarah was SO friendly and did an amazing job at explaining the process of cleaning and preserving my dress! You can tell she loves what she does and values your time and trusting her with such precious item! She was so flexible in giving me embroidery options and ensuring these customizations were exactly to my liking! My dress is so beautifully preserved and will be something I can cherish forever!!
