Sarah went over the process and what could be expected from the end result. I felt so confident knowing my dress was in good hands. Sarah is so professional and is an excellent communicator. When I picked up my dress, Sarah explained how to handle it if I wanted to open up the box and look at my dress from time to time. It looked absolutely stunning after she did her magic!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! I think my dress looks even more clean then it did the first time I saw it! It was the easiest process and Sarah is so knowledgeable of the whole process!
